- Maximum withdrawal amount. The most you can request in a single withdrawal, up to the site-wide MYR 20,000 cap.
- Maximum withdrawal times. How many withdrawals you can make in the period, and how many of them are free before a service charge applies.
What a tier doesn't change
Your progressive pool rate. Every member's bets add the same 0.1% of turnover to the pool, whatever the tier. The VIP page says it plainly: the pool rate is the same for every tier. Tiers change your withdrawal terms and your rebate — not your pool.
How you move up
