"Where did my credit go?" is the question I get most from friends who've just started on Impulse88, and it almost always has one of two answers. Once you can picture how the wallet works, deposits, rebate, commission and withdrawals all make sense. This guide draws the picture.
The Main Wallet
Your Main Wallet is where deposits land and where withdrawals are paid from. It's the balance shown at the top of the site when you're logged in, and it's the hub for everything else.
Most games read the Main Wallet directly
Live casino, slots, fishing, sports, 4D and the fast games from providers like Jili, Aviatrix, InOut and Turbo Games all read your main balance directly. You open the game and play; nothing is transferred anywhere, and when you close the game the balance at the top of the screen is already right. That's answer number one: for most games, your credit never left.
The app games are different
A handful of providers — 918Kiss, Mega888, Pussy888, Lion King and friends — run as their own apps with their own account balance. When you open one of them from the lobby, your whole main balance is moved into that app automatically so you can play there. It stays in the app while you play. That's answer number two: if the balance at the top looks low, you're probably still logged into one of these.
To bring it back: tap the refresh icon next to your balance in the header, or open any other game. Either one logs you out of the app and returns the credit to your Main Wallet. Do this before you request a withdrawal.
Where the extras land
- Turnover rebate reaches your Main Wallet on its own as bets settle. Nothing to do.
- The pots on the Rebate page — sport rebate, weekly rebate, angpao — are claimed into a game provider of your choice. Once sent to a provider they stay there, so pick the one you're about to play.
- Free Credit Wheel points and referral commission are redeemed into a provider the same way.
Member-to-member transfer
The Transfer page lets you send Main Wallet credit to another member by username, authorised by your 6-digit payment PIN. It lands in their Main Wallet immediately and can't be reversed, so check the username character by character before you confirm. Use it only with people you actually know.
Reading your balance correctly
If the top-of-site balance looks low after a session on one of the app games, tap refresh before assuming anything's missing. Nine times out of ten the credit is sitting in the app you just played.

Why can't I withdraw the full amount I see inside an app game?
Withdrawals come from the Main Wallet. Tap refresh (or open another game) to bring the credit back first.
Does moving credit in and out of an app game cost anything?
No. It's free and automatic.
Can a rebate pot be moved out of a provider?
Not to another provider. Play it there; winnings from it are part of your normal balance and can be withdrawn like any other credit.
